After work late night drinking with coworkers

Dee works nights at a restaurant 3 nights week.  She’s 46, takes care of herself. Not prudish at all and all her coworkers are in 20’s-30’s. I’m 42, 5’-2” 140 lbs 
They go out every night after they close and always asked Dee to go, she never did in past but recently started hanging out with a girl in her early twenties. Since then they go out a lot. 
Dee will get dropped off drunk long after the bars close. Always different friends in car. Sometimes she brings them inside the house. I get up early in the morning for work and don’t have time to get out of bed. 
She’s always drunk when she comes to bed, gets naked. She gets pushy not really mean but aggressive sometimes. Always wants me to give her oral but when she’s done she just rolls over. I’ve checked her text and read all kinds of text from numbers I don’t know. Things like thanks for good time, your fun that kind of stuff. She’s says it’s just friendly food beverage crowd but I’m not sure.
